Join the event by clicking through the invite email sent by Moms Meet via Swapcard. Log into your account using the email address you used when registered for Virtual WOW Summit. You can also access your account here. The email that has your magic link will be sent out the Monday before the event.
After you enter your email address, you will be prompted to create a password. You will then be sent to a landing page, where you must click on the Virtual WOW Summit logo to access the event.
If you do not see a login email in your inbox, it could be in your spam folder or might be blocked by your company’s firewall if you are using your work email address. If you have recently registered and have not yet received a login email, it’s possible that your registration data has not yet been synced with Swapcard. Please wait for the login email or check your spam or junk email.
If you still do not have a magic link in your email, go to the Swapcard login page and enter the email you registered for the event with. You will be asked to set up a Swapcard account. Once you have entered your information in Swapcard, you will see the homepage. Click “Join an Event” and enter the code MomsMeet and you will be added to Virtual WOW Summit.
Most likely, this is because your magic link has expired. The magic link email has a security token personalized for your email address which expires within an hour or once you click on the link. If you think your magic link may have expired, please request for a new one at the login page.
If your email address is not recognized, it means that you’ve either registered for your event with a different email address or there was an email typo at registration or when you tried to login. Please email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
If you think the email you registered with is incorrect, enter the correct email you want to use to register for the event on the welcome page. You will be asked to set up a Swapcard account. Once you have entered your information in Swapcard, you will see the homepage. Click “Join and Event” and enter the code MomsMeet and you will be added to Virtual WOW Summit.
If you are asked for an event code upon login, please make sure you are logged in with the same email address with which you are registered. If you are using the same email and still being asked for a code, it’s possible that your registration data has not yet been synced with Swapcard. Use code MomsMeet to enter the event.
After you have entered your email address to login on the login page, it will ask for your password. If you can’t remember your password, click “Send me a Magic Link” to reset it.
Swapcard works best with Google Chrome or Firefox. If you are experiencing blank pages, streaming issues or app latency, please switch to one of these two browsers if you have been working on another browser. Internet Explorer does not support Swapcard.
Should the video player remain unavailable following a page refresh, it’s most likely a security setting on your browser, device, or network blocking access to the content server. Try accessing the site from another browser, open an “Incognito” tab, or use a different device. If these still do not work, if possible, try using a different internet connection or mobile data to identify if your internet is blocking the site (this is most common when using a work network).
Once you have logged into the event, on the top right of your screen, drop down the menu next to your name and select “My profile” to access your information. Within your profile, you can select “Edit” on the right hand side to update each category.
