The WOW Summit is a powerful 2 days full of inspiration, education, and fun. You’ll meet moms from our community, learn valuable lessons, get to know better-for-you brands in the Exhibit hall, and leave with a huge goody bag full of amazing products. We believe in the power of face-to-face community and love bringing moms together for guidance and support of living a healthy lifestyle.
Yes, but we strongly recommend making childcare arrangements if possible. While we are a family-friendly event, the WOW Summit will involve a full day of immersion into speaker sessions and workshops geared towards parents. As a courtesy to other attendees, if you do decide to bring your children along, we would request that they are taken out of the meeting rooms during speaker sessions if they start to cry, make noise, or cause another type of disruption. Children under the age of 17 will not be charged an entrance fee.
No, we will not have childcare available at the conference.
We recommend wearing casual and comfortable attire. If you are attending our cocktail party on Friday night, you are welcome to dress up, but there is no formal dress code.
Friday is dedicated to content creators (bloggers and influencers). Saturday is open to everyone. Click here to see our registration packages.
After reviewing feedback from content creators and brands from previous years of the WOW Summit, this year we have decided to limit the Brand/Content Creator Speed Networking event to invitation only. This will ensure that the event can be more intimate and the selected content creators will get an even amount of meaningful time with each brand. Select content creators will receive an invitation email approximately two weeks before the WOW Summit. Don’t worry though, if you aren’t invited to the Speed Networking event you will still have plenty of time to network with brands at the content creator-only Exhibit Hall and the cocktail party on Friday.
You can either print out your ticket, or show us the PDF of your ticket on a mobile device. We just need the QR code on the ticket to be able to check you in.
If you are unable to attend you can request a refund or transfer your ticket to someone else up to seven days before the event. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line, “Transfer Ticket for WOW Summit” and we will happily take care of it for you.
Yes, but we encourage you to register at least two weeks in advance. We cannot guarantee that spots will be available.
There isn’t a set end date for registration. However, we do have limited space and may close registration if and when we meet our maximum capacity. So we recommend registering as soon as possible.
Yes, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “WOW Summit Large Group” if you plan on attending with a large group. We will work with you to provide a discounted group rate.
No, the cost for lodging is not included. You must book your room through the Hyatt Regency Orange County booking link.
No, you are not required to lodge at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, but we highly recommend it. Discounted room rates are available. Click here to book your room under our discounted rate before they sell out.
Yes, WOW Summit attendees will receive a discounted room rate, starting at $189/night (does not include taxes and other fees), so book your room before space runs out. The discounted room rate is available from November 9, 2023 to November 12, 2023. Be sure to extend your visit and make this a mini family vacation. Reservations must be made by October 19, 2023 to receive discounted room rates. (Note, room block may fill up prior to this date.) Click here to book your room under the WOW Summit group rate.

Yes, self parking for guests at Hyatt Regency is $28 per day. WOW Summit Day and overnight guests have a group discounted Self Parking of $20 per car per night. Any days you extend your stay outside of these dates will be charged at the full price. If you do not book through the discounted room rate block, you will not receive this discounted rate. Yes, we will be taking photos and videos throughout the event. Upon registration, you will be given a waiver to sign. If you do not wish to have your photograph published anywhere, please let a staff member know during the on-site registration process.
No, meals are not included at the WOW Summit. We will be serving light snacks, coffee, tea, and other beverages during breaks and in the Exhibit Hall, but you will need to provide your own meals. You’ll have the opportunity to sample foods and snacks from our vendors, too. If you attend the cocktail party on Friday night, light appetizers will also be provided.
For a quick bite to eat, stop by Citrus Grove Deli for fresh gourmet sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items. For lunch or dinner, you can eat at TusCA for authentic Tuscan pastas and pizzas, and for specialty drinks, swing by the Starbucks Coffee in their hotel lobby. Yes, all attendees will receive a Goody Bag, filled with samples, coupons, and full-size products to take home at the end of the event, worth over $250. Only one Goody Bag is allowed per attendee, per pass. Each attendee must pick up their own Goody Bag in person. We cannot ship them to you. You may not pick up a Goody Bag on behalf of another individual, even if they had a pass and could not attend.
